For most small businesses, our WordPress Hosting Bundle will meet your needs and probably for a price lower than you’re paying now. This is certainly not the only hosting options we can provide and if you have something different in mind, we will put together a bundle that meets your needs. And if you need more than we can provide, we can help you find the right provider that can.
Our WordPress Hosting Bundle
At $110 billed annually, it includes hosting and maintenance of a WordPress-based website, domain hosting, and email for up to 100 inboxes. There is an additional annual fee for registration of your domain name which can vary but the most commonly used options are $18 annually to register.
If you have an existing website and/or domain you would like to keep, we’ll get it transferred over to our systems. This would come with a small setup fee based on how complicated the transfer would be and any fees due to your current provider. For most small businesses, the setup fee will be $40-$240. We’ll give you upfront pricing so that you’re not surprised by any unexpected costs.
Prices are based on annual billing and we accept credit card, direct ACH payments, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, and even old-fashioned cash and check. You’ll receive an emailed invoice at renewal time with links to pay online. If you’d prefer different billing terms, let us know.
The hosting package includes:

An online presence is a must-have for any business in today’s marketplace, and your website is the main place customers will use for information about your company.
With this package, we’ll provide a hosted instance of WordPress to run your website. It provides an easy to use editor so there no need for you to know how to program in order to make content updates.
Our hosting bundle includes:
- Managed hosting of the WordPress site, including:
- Keeping the software up to date with new security and feature releases for both the WordPress software and any plugins you may use
- Security certificates for your website to enable HTTPS access — a requirement to get ranked in Google and other search engines, as well as any Chrome-based browsers
- Daily file and data backups to make sure the website can be restored if anything ever goes really wrong
- Advanced, multi-tier caching to improve response times
- Fast servers: lots of fast disk space, CPU and network throughput to ensure the site is speedy and performant
- AI tooling, pre-built themes and a world of plugins to make it easier to build the site the way you want

No problem, we can create as many accounts as you need and set the permissions so that user have access to what you want and can’t access things you want to keep secret. We can customize the user permissions to your liking, so if you want “let me edit page content, but don’t give me permissions to anything that could break the site”, we can set that up for you. Of course, if you’d rather have us make the content changes for you, that’s fine too. We’ll work out a pricing plan for that.
- Monitoring of the site to detect site downtime, broken links and malware (especially if you allow visitors to comment on the site or upload files)
- Protection from bad actors on the Internet with DDoS protection and application firewalls
- The option to create a staging site, which would allow you to test out changes in an isolated environment and only push them to your live site once it’s working the way you want.
- Integrations with Google Analytics for reporting on site viewership
- Integrations with Google Web Console for reporting on search rankings and keyword performance
Personalized Domains
Domains are the human-friendly names we use for anything on the Internet. For example, the domain name for this site is “wrighthostingservices.com”. But under the hood, computers talk to each other using IP addresses, which look like a bunch of numbers thrown together — something like “172.25.102.51”. Domain Name Services (or DNS for short) is the system used to convert those human-friendly names into the number-based addresses computers use.
Additionally, DNS is used to provide some security and verification functionality. For example, we’ll add the DNS records needed so that email servers can verify that your emails are coming from a legitimate source and aren’t SPAM or spoofed. These are called DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Sender Policy Framework (SPF), and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC) records. But you don’t need to know anything about all that — we’ll handle the technical jargon so you can focus on your business.
Our hosting bundle includes:
- DNS registration and hosting
- Maintaining your DNS records to support your website and email
- DNS records to support any other content systems you may use to send emails (CRMs, BuzzSocial, etc) to reduce the potential for emails being marked as SPAM. This includes up to 100 subdomains.
- Privacy protection for your public ownership records (WHOIS) to prevent unwanted mail and email
- Optional automatic forwarding of web traffic to another domain so you can have both “mycompany.com” and “mycompany.net” without having to maintain multiple websites
Some fine print:
There is an additional annual fee for DNS registration due to the variability in pricing. The fee is based on the last part of your domain name. For example, “.com”, “.org” and “.net” names are $18/year, while the “.tech” specialty ending is $61/year.
The domain name you choose must be currently available or you already own it. If the name has been purchased by someone else, we can help facilitate a purchase from them, but there is no guarantee they would be willing to sell it and they can price it as high as they want. (renewals would be at the normal annual price — only the ownership purchase from the current owner would be an unknown amount.) Or, we can work with you to find a variation of the name that is available.
Email is.. well, email. It’s how business is conducted in the modern age and having an email with your domain gives your communications a lot of credibility. Think about it: if you were a customer about to spend a bunch of money on your services, would you feel more comfortable getting the invoice from “mycompany@gmail.com” or “owner@mycompany.com”. Anyone can create a GMail address, but only you can have an email address that uses your domain name.
Our hosting bundle includes:
- Up to 100 Email addresses using your domain:
- Up to 1 GB or 15,000 emails storage per email address
- Daily send limit of 100 emails
- Up to 5 email aliases per address, so “info@wrighthostingservice.com” goes to the same place as “john@wrighthostingservices.com”
- Emails can be automatically forwarded to another address, so you can still use that AOL address if you want and we’ll forward all your email to there
- Access via IMAP, POP and SMTP (this is how your phone and desktop email apps get your email) or via webmail
- A catch-all mailbox, so if someone sends an email to “miles@yourcompany.com” instead of “mike@yourcompany.com”, you can still get that email
- Optionally we can import your existing emails to the new system
- Increased limits for additional fees using per-user pricing from $4/month for the next tier up, to $20/month for the top-tier that includes the Google Workspace suite with video meetings with up to 500 participants that you can record, and the full suite of Google’s online productivity tools for editing documents, creating presentations, and much more. There are several options in-between those two as well.
